Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Clothiq, each product is specially crafted and made to order with care to ensure a unique experience for every customer. Since all items are produced specifically after an order is placed, we are currently unable to offer refunds or cancellations once the order has been confirmed. However, we are always committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and are happy to provide exchanges in eligible cases.

Exchanges are only applicable in cases where the product received has a manufacturing or printing defect, damaged design, or if the size delivered does not match the size originally ordered. To request an exchange, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the product along with the order details for verification. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition to qualify for an exchange.

Once the exchange request is approved, the replacement product will be processed and delivered within 7–15 business days. Please note that exchanges will not be accepted for issues related to personal preference, incorrect size selection by the customer, or minor color variations that may occur due to screen display differences.
